What does PropHero do?

How does it work? 5-step process

- Transaction: When you like a property shared with you, PropHero will negotiate the price with the sellers and exchange the contracts for you
- Settlement: PropHero manages the entire process for you, from organising a Build & Pest inspection to liaising with your bank or broker, conveyancer, etc. until settlement.
- Management: One of PropHero’s partner property manager can manage the property for you

No, PropHero only finds investment properties.
Can I tell them in which area I want to invest?
No, it is part of PropHero’s value proposition to find the best locations to invest across the country. You can however tell them which areas you prefer within their hotspots.
Where do they invest?
PropHero has an unbiased approach to locations and target new areas when new hotspots are found. They currently invest in Queensland and South Australia.
Do I have to use their service for conveyancing or property management?
No! You are free to use your own providers or one recommended by PropHero. PropHero does NOT receive any commission from these partners.
Who takes care of managing the property?
PropHero’s local partners in each location can manage your investment property. Cost is usually 8% of rental income.
How much return are they getting on their properties?
