Onboarding & Property Search

The PropHero Platform is where your property investment journey begin. You will be shown a demo during your free property investment session with your property coach. Inside you will find:

  2. Rental vacancy rates & similar comparable properties
  3. Suburb profile & capital growth rate
  4. Your personalized transaction checklist
  5. Inspection reports and legal documents
  6. Real-time property valuation tracker
  7. Chat with your Property Coach

Thanks to our online platform, you can invest in property no matter where you are – as long as you meet the criteria to do so according to the regulations of the county the transaction will be executed.

Because we have a local team on the ground, we provide you with live images and inspect the property on your behalf and let you know of the outcome.

Settlement & Post Purchase

Now that we understand your investment goals and you have see what PropHero is able to do. We will ask you to complete the onboarding process and sign an Engagement agreement – This is a six-month agreement that allows us to make offers on properties on your behalf.

Once we receive these documents, we’ll get straight to work. Our Client Success member will initiate a call with you to take you through each step to owning your first (or one of many) investment properties.

Once you bought a property you can keep track of its performance through our app. We will also make sure to send you the information every 3 to 6 months to keep you updated and answer any questions you have. When the right time comes, we’ll be ready to help you expand your property portfolio.
